How to augment the energy levels of a person using vitamin supplements?

We have been hearing all our lives that vitamins are helpful in providing energy, strengthening bones and making the immunity stronger. But it is worth noting that vitamins by themselves are not the energy source from which one may derive energy. It is vital to have a healthy diet that is enriched with vitamins, minerals and all the other vital nutrients required for normal bodily functions. Eat lots of green and leafy vegetables and legumes. Red meat is also very nutritious. But if along with this rich diet if you take daily vitamin supplements rich in iron or other minerals then the body will have enough energy to perform the functions well. This will also keep anemia away. A diet rich in nutrients and vitamins will impart calmness to mind and with increased energy.  But remember, the power of health trio is not to be underestimated. There is nothing that can replace the trio of healthy diet, good sleep and some exercise. You must take vitamin supplements along with the recommended diet. And you must also add good sleep and some form of exercise to your life. Simply ingesting vitamin supplements will not work wonders. You will get results only if vitamin supplements are combined with the powerful trio. With any of the factor missing in powerful trio vitamin supplements will not give potent results.
