Magnesium is consumes in the form of supplements by people who are undergoing treatment for magnesium. It is an important substance, one of the most abundant in the human body, plays significant roles in metabolism, ATP production, maintaining blood pressure, etc. Side effects related with magnesium and magnesium supplements are normal, and usually easy to handle. One of the most commonly occurring side effects due to magnesium is loose stools.
