These herbal supplements all have other properties that like vitamins, contain minerals, flavioids and other things that help the body, but the difference is that they are in these herbals naturally, unlike supplements that are synthetics or medicines that are made of manmade chemicals. This means in many cases, while they help with the problems that come with menopause, they are a healthy way to deal with it.
